Complete Guidelines to get Iran visa
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all non-immigrant, non-citizen air travelers to the Iran will be required to be fully vaccinated and to provide proof of vaccination status prior to boarding an airplane to the Iran.
Everyone wishing to enter Iran, under any reason, depending on his/her country, must give him/her request to receive visa.
There are certain countries that their citizens not need to apply for visa and be eligible to travel to Iran without a visa. Currently There are 11 countries around the world that can enter to Iran without a Visa, just with their passport!
They include the citizens of the:
Republic of Azerbaijan (up to 90 days)
Bolivia (up to 30 days)
Turkey (up to 90 days)
Syria (up to 90 days)
Lebanon (up to 30 days)
Georgia (up to 45 days)
Armenia (up to 90 days)
Venezuela (up to 15 days)
Egypt (up to 20 days)
Malaysia (up to 15 days)
China (up to 21 days)
But for others they must get Visa.

You must go to embassy of Iran and apply for Iran visa there
Visa On Arrival
In this case, you can apply for all Iranian International Airports.
This is not available for the following country nationalities and if you are from these countries, you have to apply for a Visa through one of the Iran Embassies or Consulates in your country.
Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Canada, Colombia, India, Iraq, Jordan, Libya, Nepal, Pakistan, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, United Kingdom, United States, Yemen.
